Research and material exploration are at the core of our studio, merging labor-intensive construction strategies with technology.
We embrace experimentation, employing a hands-on approach to design and innovation.
By harnessing technology, we address the complexities of urban life, designing systems that harmoniously coexist with nature.
We are a team of three architects, alumni of Faculty of Architecture, PES University, Bengaluru, whose interests are varied yet unite to create spatial experiences. Rajalakshmi is an explorer of creative fields, Parikshith is the backbone of our designs and Supreeth provides us with the technical know-how. While collaborating, we are seen delving deep into our computers, although we are never too far away from a snack or two. Our office deals with architectural projects ranging from a small farmhouse in the fields of Kanakpura to a boutique resort in the woods of Dandeli.
Our designs aim to highlight the in-between spaces.
The transitions and the thresholds act as important features.
We encourage the user to pause, experience their surroundings and absorb what is around them.
Through our trans-disciplinary approach, we create designs that surpass functionality and aesthetics, fostering a connection between the built environment and nature.
DMNSNS Studio merges architecture, technology, research, craft, art, and computational design to achieve transformative results.
